Brothers,
After many emails back and forth with you we have decided that the best day for the bbam05 will be saturday, june 11th.  On this day we have just three brothers that have indicated they will be unable to attend.  Craig, Jason and Ben.....we shall raise our cold Busch beers many times in your honor.  You will be missed and we hope that your schedules change and you will be able to make it at some point during the meeting.  Tim and Ted have also indicated they may have difficulty in attending.  Due to reasons beyond their control confirmation could not be given for any one particular day. 
At this time, unless anyone is opposed, we shall plan to gather at the Jefferson Ave Busch Mountain at noon on Saturday, June 11th.  The format will remain similar to years past.  Many of us enjoyed living our high school fantasy by drinking on the big yellow school bus last year and hopefully we can arrange something equally as exciting this year.  If anyone has any ideas for this years adventure please let them be known. 
I would also like to extend an invitation to our friends in the New York Chapter of the Busch Brothers.  Rob(uncleven), feel free to forward this to any of the Busch Brothers you know that may be interested in joining us to celebrate the Greatness of Busch beer.  I would especially enjoy meeting the Hound.  I believe he shall experience the Busch Mountain before it comes to a brutal end.  I have said this before, but I am nearly certain in saying that I believe this will be the last Annual Meeting at the Busch Mountain.

Brothers, It is past due for us to begin planning for this years bbam so lets Get R' Done.  How about we check on two dates..May 28th(Memorial day weekend which gives an extra day to relax) or June 4th.  Last year a couple people requested June 4th so that is the way we are leaning at this point, but ya never know.  Sometimes things change.
