Another successful BBAM is in the books.  Beers per man increased 12% to 22 per Brother.  Total consumption was 240 beers, the highest since 2010.  The increase in consumption can be directly attributed to the addition of a Busch Beer Vending Machine bringing back memories of cranking down icy cold Busch Beers at the original Busch Mountains in Corryville.  This combined with rigorous training, dedication to a higher goal and an unquenchable thirst for Busch Beer, led to a record 7 Brothers hitting the elusive case in 2017.

There was a 3 way tie for Beer Drinking Champion with Paul H, Chad and Paul M all achieving 28 beers.  Please save your tabs for all these young men that had the courage to drink the case.  
 

 

Strong performance continued with Tex at 19, Steve at 18 and Rich at 16.  Bob rounded out the field with 4 but had to leave early.

 

With all these members hitting the case, the Pick Your Pony was up in the air.   We had a tie with Chris and Tony winning.  Chris won last year and is still looking for his prize.  Most interesting Pick Your Pony bet was made by Paul H with everyone at 0 and Chad at 160 beers.
 

 

Some new feats were accomplished in 2017 with Rich winning the Pond swimming competition beating our Paul H and Paul M, and Jon W cleaning up on Pinball.  The Euchre Tournament was won by Steve with Paul in 2nd, Bob 3rd and Tex 4th.
 

 

We also had the first Bluegil eaten by Paul  H. (well chewed and spit out when i told him Rich found it dead on the shore).

 

All in all a great BBAM.
